摘　　要：目的 建立农药中毒血样快速筛查方法.方法 使用乙腈一次涡旋提取,在线凝胶渗透色谱-气相色谱-质谱系统检测,采用选择离子监测模式,外标法定量.结果 34种农药在全血中的检出限为0.04～ 3.10 μg/kg,在0.05 μg/g添加水平的平均回收率,除p,p＇-DDE、p,p＇-DDD、p,p＇-DDT平均回收率为68.5％～ 78.5％之间外,其他均为81.1％～ 108.8％之间,相对标准偏差为2.7％～10.4％.结论 该方法操作便捷、通用性强,适用于全血中34种农药残留的快速筛查与检测.Objective A quick method for the simultaneous determination of 34 pesticides in whole blood coupled with on line gel permeation chromatography-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GPC-GC-MS)was developed.Methods The effect of different extract solvent and extract times were investigated.The identification and quantification were performed by GPC-GC-MS in SIM mode and external standard method.Results The LODs of this method was ranged from 0.04~3.10μg/kg(S/N=3)in whole blood,The average recoveries of 34 pesticides were ranged from 81.1%~108.8% except for p,p′-DDE,p,p′-DDD,p and p′-DDT ranged from 68.5%~78.5% with the relative standard deviations(RSDs,n=6)less than 10.4%.Conclusion The convenient operation and versatility of this method are suitable for the quick screening and detection of 34 pesticide residues in whole blood.
