对“四诊延伸”的思考

摘　　要："四诊延伸"一方面为中医辨证拓宽了视野,在排除疾病险象、揭示"隐证"、病证结合、证据保全等方面有不可替代的作用;另一方面,"四诊延伸"的应用在临床中也存在着科技崇拜、误诊、难以转化为"中医生产力"等问题,其中如何将"四诊延伸"纳入中医辨证体系,尤为值得深思。Based on the inspection, smelling and listening, interrogation and palpation, the extension of the four diagnostic methods has broadened the horizons of TCM and plays an important role in excluding diseases, revealing the symptoms of the hid- den,combining syndrome with disease and preserving evidence. On the other hand, it is facing some problems like a worship of technology, misdiagnoses and having difficulty in being turned into the productivity of TCM, among which how to bring the extension of the four diagnostic methods into the dialectical system of TCM is particularly worthy of careful consideration.
