白英抗肿瘤相关基因及信号通路的研究

摘　　要：白英具有清热利湿、消肿解毒的功效,现代药理学研究表明其具有抗肿瘤、增强免疫、抗氧化等作用。近年来白英在恶性肿瘤疾病中应用较为广泛,其对肺癌、胃癌、肝癌等有一定的临床疗效。现结合近年来的实验研究就白英抗肿瘤的相关基因及信号通路作一综述。Solanum lyratum thumb （SLT） has the efficacy of heat -clearing, detoxicating,resolving dampness and swelling. Modern pharmacological studies show that SLT plays an important role in anti - tumor, boosting immune system, anti - oxidant and so on. In recent years, SLT has been widely used in treating cancers like lung cancer, gastric cancer,liver cancer and so on. This paper summarized the related genes and pathways of Solanum lyratum thumb about anti - tumor.
