摘　　要：目的:探讨手法复位联合凉血散瘀汤内服外洗治疗嵌顿痔的临床疗效及护理体会。方法:对于嵌顿痔患者,采用手法复位联合凉血散瘀汤内服外洗治疗,并配合一般护理、心理护理、饮食调护、疼痛护理、排便护理等方法治疗60例嵌顿痔患者,疗程为7 d,观察其临床疗效。结果:本组总有效率为88.3%。结论:手法复位联合凉血散瘀汤内服外洗配合中医全程系统护理对嵌顿痔具有较好的临床疗效,且无任何不良反应。Objective ： To observe the clinical effect and the nursing experience of manual reduction and Lingxue Sanyu Decoc- tion oral and external washing in the treatment of incarcerated hemorrhoids. Methods ： Sixty cases were treated by manual reduction and Lingxue Sanyu Decoction oral and external washing for 7 days, the clinical effect and the changes of primary clinical symptoms in all cases were observed and given evaluation after treatment. Results ：The total effective rate was 88.3%. Conclusion ：The manu- al reduction and Lingxue Sanyu Decoction oral and external washing and TCM systematic nursing have goods results in the treat- ment of incarcerated hemorrhoids, and no adverse reaction during the treatment.
