除湿健脾法治疗骨折实验研究

摘　　要：目的:为探索除湿健脾疗法对骨折愈合的作用,探求中医药促进骨折愈合的新疗法,开创中医促进骨折愈合的新方法。方法:本实验选取1年半散养辽宁大骨鸡60只,用定点手法折断大骨鸡腿骨,将各组实验大骨鸡从右腿胫骨中段折断,造成右胫骨中段闭合性骨折,用自制纸壳小夹板外固定观察大骨鸡步行情况。骨折后3周将大骨鸡全部颈动脉放血处死,用电动锯锯下右胫骨标本,通过组织学、生物力学手段观察大骨鸡骨折愈合情况。结果:除湿健脾法有促进骨折愈合的作用,并且促进作用强于传统的接骨中药。结论:除湿健脾能促进骨折愈合。Objective ： In order to explore the effect of spleen - strengthening and damp - eliminating method in the treatment of fracture healing and to research the new method and create the new method of fracture healing. Method ： The experiment study used sixty Liaoning backyard big bone fowls. The chiken＇s legs were made fracture by fixed point method, breaking their middle part of the right tibia in order to make closed fracture in the middle part of tibia. And then self made splint was used to fix and the fowlss walking conditions were observed. After 3 weeks, all the big bone fowls were killed by carotid artery bloodletting. By the histology and biomechanics method,we observed the situation of the leg＇ s fracture healing. Results：The results showed that the method is effective in fracture healing and is better than the usual traditional treatment effect. Conclusion： The method of strengthening spleen and eliminating damp can romote fracture healing.
