摘　　要：目的对收集的典型注射用药的用药错误报告进行分析,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法将本院药物不良事件报告筛选出的典型注射用药错误报告进行分类分析。结果典型报告共有22份,涉及12种药物;护士报告16例,所占比例最高,占72.7%;中药注射剂相关报告最多,占31.8%。结论注射用药错误的发生与多种因素有关,应加强合理用药管理,减少或避免药物的用药错误。Objective To analyze the reports of medication errors （MEs） of injection, in order to provide references for clinical rational drug use. Methods The reports of MEs of injection in our hospital were selected from the reports otF adverse drug events, and the reports were classified and analyzed. Results There were 22 ME reports in total, and 12 kinds of drugs were involved. There were 16 reports from nurses, and the ratio was as high as 72.7%. The TCM related reports accounted for the largest number as 31.8%. Conclusion There were many factors leading to the occurrence of MEs, and strengthening proper administration of clinical rational drug use to reduce incidence of MEs is necessary.
