摘 要:宜宾至西昌铁路的建设形成了攀西地区至重庆、川南、川东地区的便捷新通路,同时也直接沟通了攀西资源密集区和宜宾港,是攀西地区至长江航道并进入长江流域经济带的便捷新通路。结合项目功能定位,本次货运量预测重点分析了金属矿石运量,主要根据攀西地区矿产资源开发规划,进行区域金属矿石产销平衡以及外运量分配。客运量预测主要根据区域及沿线地区人口和旅游资源分布特点分别进行转移客流量和诱增客流量预测。合理的客货运量水平是分析项目建设必要性的重要依据,宜西铁路的建设是实施西部大开发战略,完善路网布局,保障攀西地区资源开发和工业发展,开发沿线矿产资源,带动乌蒙山连片扶贫地区以及宜宾市经济发展的需要。Yibin to Xichang railway,a new pathway from Panxi to Chongqing,southern Sichuan,eastern Sichuan re-gion,connects Panxi resource-intensive areas with Yibin port.It provides a new channel for Panxi region to join in the Yangtze River waterway and the economic belt of Yangtze River.Based on project functional orientation,this cargo traffic forecasts focus on the analysis of the volume of metal ores.Based primarily on the development of mineral re-sources in Panxi,balance of production and sales of regional metal ores and outbound traffic distribution are conduc-ted.transfer traffic and induced traffic forecast are made according to characteristics of population and tourism re-sources distribution along the line.Reasonable level of passenger and cargo traffic is an important basis for the analysis of the necessity of project construction.Yibin-Xichang railway construction is the basis for implementing the western development strategy,improving the road network layout,ensuring resource development and industrial development in Panxi area,development of mineral resources along the route,driving Wumengshan contiguous poor areas and eco-nomic development in Yibin city.
