基层医院阑尾周围脓肿手术治疗18例诊治分析

摘　　要：目的探讨基层医院阑尾周围脓肿手术治疗的方法 ,提高临床疗效。方法回顾性分析18例阑尾周围脓肿患者的临床资料。结果本组病例行脓肿引流术6例,阑尾切除术加腹腔引流术12例,其中切口感染4例,腹腔残余脓肿1例,均痊愈出院,平均住院时间(10.5±1.5)d。结论阑尾周围脓肿严格掌握手术适应证实施外科治疗,术后配合中药局部外敷,可缩短住院时间,取得较满意临床效果,值得在基层医院推广。Objective To investigate the treatment method of periappendiceal abscess surgery in primary hospital, in order to improve its clinical effect. Methods The clinical data of 18 cases of periappendiceal abscess were retrospectively analyzed. Results There were 6 cases undergone abscess drainage, 12 cases undergone appendicectomy and enterocoelia drainage. Among those cases, there were 4 cases of incision infection and 1 case of residual abdominal abscess. All patients were recovered and the average time in hospital was (10.5±1.5) d. Conclusion Periappendiceal abscess surgery should be conducted under strict control of surgical indications. Postoperative topical application with traditional Chinese medicine can shorten hospital stays and provide satisfactory clinical results. This method is worthy of promotion in primary hospitals.
