摘 要:因煤粉锅炉制粉系统节能节能潜力较大,根据生产数据找到钢球规格配比、钢球的装载量、载煤量和通风量几点使制粉系统电耗偏高的重要因素,通过日常运行试验和理论计算等方式,分别找到制粉系统经济运行的四个最佳参数,找出降低磨煤机电耗的操作方法,从而实现制粉系统的节能运行。For the greater energy-saving potential of coal pulverizing system for boilers, according to production data, the several important factors leading to the higher power consumption of pulverizing system were found out, including the specification matching, loading capacity, loading coal capacity and ventilation of steel balls, through the daily running test and theoretical calculation etc. , the four optimal parameters ensuring the economic operation of pulverizing system were respectively found, and the operating method to reduce the power consumption of coal mills was also found out, thus the energy-saving opera- tion of pulverizing system was realized.
