摘　　要：结合高温合金加热工艺特点,介绍了电加热炉在高温合金加热工艺中的应用。在应用过程中,以PLC为温度控制系统核心,基于PID控制模型,实现炉温的精确控制,满足了高温合金加热的要求。According to the heating characteristics of superalloy, this paper introduces the application of electrical furnace used in the process of heating superalloy. Based on the PLC temperature control system and PID control model, this paper realizes the accurate control of temperature and meets the heating requirements of superaUoy.
