免钉合腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补130例临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的研究免钉合腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的安全性、临床效果,为临床上治疗腹股沟疝提供指导意见。方法将该院收治的腹股沟疝患者255例随机分成观察组130例和对照组125例,观察组采用免钉合腹腔镜修补术,对照组采用钉合腹腔镜修补术,比较两组患者的手术情况和术后并发症发生情况的差异。结果观察组的手术时间、平均住院时间、平均手术费用明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);术中出血量两组间比较差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组和对照组的术后各种并发症进行比较,结果两组在复发率、慢性疼痛、感觉异常、阴囊血肿、血清肿、术区感染、睾丸鞘膜积液、大出血、尿路感染等指标上均无明显差异,数据差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论免钉合腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术与钉合腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术相比具有减少手术时间、住院时间、平均住院费用的优势,同时不会增加术后并发症和术中出血量。Objective To study the safety and clinical efficacy of laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair for inguinal hernia,and to provide guidance for the clinical treatment of inguinal hernia. Methods Two hundred and fifty-five patients with inguinal hernia were random-ized into observation group （n=130） and control group （n=125）. The observation group underwent free stapling laparoscopic repair, while the control group underwent stapling laparoscopic repair. Operation and postoperative complications of two groups were com-pared. Results The operation time,the average hospitalization time and the average surgery expenses in the observation group were sig-nificantly lower than those in the control group with statistical difference（P〈0. 05）. Intraoperative blood loss was not statistically dif-ferent between the two groups（P〉0. 05）. There were not statistically different between the two groups in such indexes as the rate of re-currence,chronic pain,paresthesia,scrotal hematoma,seroma,surgical site infection,hydrocele,bleeding,and urinary tract infection（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusions Free stapling laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair,compared with stapling laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair, has advantages of shorter operation and hospitalization time and lower expenses,which does not increase postoperative complications and amount of bleeding.
