摘 要:目的 探讨小学五、六年级学生自我控制与行为的关系。方法 采用儿童自我控制学生自陈袁、长处与困难问卷对318名学生进行调查。结果 自我控制总分与问题行为总分呈负相关(r=-0.216,P〈0.01),与亲社会行为无相关性(r=0.081,P〉0.05);学习行为能显著预测问题行为(β=0.200,P〈0.01);性别和年级对亲社会行为的预测作用显著(β分别为-0.157,0.112,P〈0.05);自我控制不同维度对行为的各个维度预测作用不同。结论 提高小学生自我控制能力水平对减少问题行为、激发亲社会行为有积极作用。Objective To investigate the relationship between self-control and behavior of five and six grade students. Methods The children's selfcontrol students self-report scale, strengths and difficulties questionnaire were used to survey 318 students. Results Self control total score was significantly negative correlation with problem behavior scores (r=- 0. 216, P〈 0.01), but with pro-social behavior was not significant (r = 0. 081 ,P〉 0.05) ; learning behavior can significantly predict problem behavior (β = 0. 200,P 〈 0.01) ; gender and grade played significant role in the forecast to pro social behavior (β=-0.157, 0.112, respectively; P〈 0.05) ; different dimensions of self control predicted behavior was different. Conclusions To improve the level of self-control has a positive role to reduce problem behaviors and stimulate the pro-social behavior.
