草木犀流浸液片治疗慢性鼻窦炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:临床观察草木犀流浸液片对慢性鼻窦炎的疗效,探索治疗慢性鼻窦炎疗效好而不良反应少的药物。方法:选取耳鼻咽喉科门诊诊断为慢性鼻窦炎患者120例,随机分成观察组和对照组,每组60例,观察组采用草木犀流浸液片口服,3片/次,3次/d,连续治疗6周;对照组用低剂量克拉霉素250 mg,1次/d,连续治疗6周;观察并记录两组患者治疗前后的视觉模拟分级评分(VAS)及Lund-Mackey鼻窦CT评分,同时记录患者出现的药物不良反应。结果:观察组治疗前视觉模拟分级评分平均为(7.96±1.85)分,Lund-Mackey鼻窦CT评分平均为(7.16±1.51)分,治疗6周后视觉模拟分级评分平均为(3.28±1.05)分,Lund-Mackey鼻窦CT评分平均为(3.07±1.15)分;对照组治疗前视觉模拟分级评分平均为(8.04±1.79)分,Lund-Mackey鼻窦CT评分平均为(7.08±1.47)分,治疗6周后视觉模拟分级评分平均为(3.41±1.13)分,Lund-Mackey鼻窦CT评分平均为(3.18±1.09)分;观察组和对照组治疗前后组内相比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组间相比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不良反应方面,观察组患者未见明显不适,而对照组患者有5例出现口腔异味,8例出现轻度失眠,9例出现腹部胀痛和腹泻,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:草木犀流浸液片治疗慢性鼻窦炎安全有效,无明显不良反应。Objective Clinical observation on the effect of melilotus extract tablet on chronic sinusitis,explore the drugs in the treat-ment of chronic sinusitis curative effect and less side effect. Method 120 patients with chronic sinusitis outpatient for judgment,were ran-domly divided into observation group and control group,60 cases in each group,the observation group with melilotus extract tablet orally 3 tablets each time,three times a day,continuous treatment for 6 weeks;control group with low dose clarithromycin. In 250 mg,once a day, continuous treatment for 6 weeks;observe and record the two groups before and after treatment in patients with visual analogue score（ VAS） and Lund-Mackey sinus CT score,and adverse drug reactions were found. Results The observation group before treatment,visual analogue score averaged（7. 96 ± 1. 85）,Lund-Mackey sinus CT score averaged（7. 16 ± 1. 51）,6 weeks after the treatment,visual analogue score averaged（3. 28 ± 1. 05）,Lund-Mackey sinus CT score averaged（3. 07 ± 1. 15）;the control group before treatment. Visual ana-logue score averaged（8. 04 ± 1. 79）,Lund-Mackey sinus CT score averaged（7. 08 ± 1. 47）,6 weeks after the treatment,visual ana-logue score averaged（ 3. 41 ± 1. 13 ）,Lund-Mackey sinus CT score averaged（ 3. 18 ± 1. 09 ）;the observation group and the control group before and after treatment in group in comparison,but the difference was significant（ P﹤0. 05 ）between the two groups were com-pared,the difference was not obvious（ P﹥0. 05）;adverse reactions,patients in the observation group had no obvious discomfort,while pa-tients in the control group with 5 cases of oral odor,8 cases had mild insomnia,abdominal pain and diarrhea occurred in 9 cases,the obser-vation group was significantly better than the control group（P﹤0. 05）. Conclusion Melilotus extract tablet in treatment of chronic sinusitis is safe and effective,no obvious adverse reaction.
