优质护理干预对178例冠心病心力衰竭患者治疗效果的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨护理干预在冠心病慢性心力衰竭心功能III级患者中的应用效果。方法:将178例冠心病慢性心力衰竭心功能III级患者分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用心内科常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采用优质护理服务,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果:经过优质护理干预的患者,可使治疗效果得到了提高。结论:优质护理服务有利于提高慢性心力衰竭患者的护理质量,改善心功能和生活质量。Objective To investigate the effects of nursing interventions in coronary heart disease in patients with chronic heart fail-ure. Method 178 cases of coronary heart disease in patients with chronic heart failure were divided into observation group and the control group,the observation group were treated with routine care of the Department of cardiology,the observation group in the control group on the basis of quality care,nursing effect of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention patients high-quality care,the treatment effect can be improved. Conclusion Quality care will help improve the quality of care for patients with chronic heart failure,improve heart function and quality of life.
