无创正压通气治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病重症呼吸衰竭患者的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:讨论无创正压通气治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并重症呼吸衰竭的临床疗效。方法:对52例老年COPD合并重症呼吸衰竭患者采用随机的方法分为两组,试验组26例,对照组26例,同时给予两组患者常规治疗,试验组在常规治疗的基础上,给予无创正压通气治疗,比较两组的临床疗效。结果:经过治疗后,两组患者的各项观测指标均有所改善,其中试验组改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:无创正压通气治疗老年COPD合并重症呼吸衰竭可以显著改善患者的临床症状,治疗效果较好,值得临床推广。Objective To discuss the treatment of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in elderly COPD patients with severe respiratory failure.Methods Chose 52 cases of elderly patients with COPD with severe respiratory failure and randomly divided them into two groups. the experimental group of 26 cases,26 cases in the control group,while both groups of patients treated with conventional therapy,on the basis of conventional therapy,noninvasive positive pressure ventilation will be used in the experimental group.And then compare the clinical efficacy of both groups.Results After treatment,All of patients were get better,including the degree of improvement in the experimental group than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Noninvasive positive pressure ventilation therapy in elderly COPD patients with severe respiratory failure can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,the treatment is better,referring to clinical practice.
