摘　　要：土地利用分区是土地利用总体规划的重要组成部分,以松原市土地利用分区为例,首先利用主成分分析对评价指标进行了降维处理,并解释研究了各主成分代表的意义,然后利用聚类分析方法,结合主要分区原则,将松原市划分为四个类型区。Land use zoning is an important part of the overall land use planning. Taking the case of land use zoning in Songyuan, this paper does research on the application of multivariate statistical analysis and extracts the principal component to reduce the dimensions of evaluating indicator matrix by principal component analy-sis at first. Then by using the cluster analysis and the principal of land use zoning, Songyuan could be divided into 4 regional division according the main land use.
