摘　　要：艾滋病自愿咨询检测(VCT)是指人们经过咨询在知情和保密的情况下,对是否做艾滋病病毒(HIV)抗体检测做出选择的过程。VCT不仅有利于早发现、早诊断和早治疗,预防机会感染,还能为受检者(特别是感染者)提供心理支持。截至2012年全国共有VCT点9016个,艾滋病自愿咨询检测的人数逐年增加,但是HIV检测率还很低,VCT点的利用率不高。就当前中国艾滋病自愿咨询检测服务现状的有关研究进行综述,为改进现有的艾滋病咨询检测服务质量、提高HIV检测率,加强艾滋病的预防与控制,提供科学的理论支持。HIV voluntary counseling and testing （VCT） refers to the process that people recieve consultation in the case of informed and confidentiality, and decide whether to do the human immunodeficiency virus （HIV） anti body detection. VCT is not only beneficial to early discovery, early diagnosis and early treatment, prevention of op- portunistic infections, but also for clients （especially infectors） to providing psychological support. Our country has established 9016 VCT points by the end of 2012. People seeking for HIV voluntary counseling and testing increased year by year, but the testing rate and utilization is still very low. This paper reviews the domestic and oversea re ports about progress in researches on the current situation of Chings HIV voluntary counseling and testing. Hope fully, it could provide theoretical support and evidence for facilities to improve the quality of VCT services, increase the rate of HIV testing and strengthen the prevention and control of AIDS.
