北京市非公医疗机构职工收入分配状况分析

摘　　要：随着人口老龄化进程的不断加深,北京市非公医疗机构迅猛发展。这些企业数量多,分布广,规模小,职工流动性大,企业管理薄弱,劳动关系很不稳定,侵犯职工合法权益的现象时有发生。因而对非公医疗机构职工收入分配状况进行分析,找出存在的突出问题并探讨解决途径,对于非公医疗机构的健康发展,职工权益的保障会有非常大的促进作用。With the deepening of the process of population aging, the non-public medical institutions in Beijing have developed rapidly which are widely distributed and have small scale, worker mobility and weak corporate governance. The labor relations are very unstable. The violations of the legitimate rights and interests occur frequently. To protect workers＇ rights and healthy development of non-public medical institutions, we should analyze income distribution of Beijing worker in non-public medical institutions and find the solutions for the problem.
