摘　　要：本文根据商用末端空调中Y系列三相异步鼠笼型电机轴承失效案例,结合电机在末端空调中的使用环境,全面分析了电机轴承的失效原因,提出空调末端所用Y系列电机轴承油脂的选用、检修和维护保养方法。According to the failure case of series Y three-phase asynchronous squirrel cage motor bearings of commercial terminal air conditioner, and combined with the service environment of the motor in terminal air conditioner, this paper detailedly analyzes its failure cause. It points out the suitable selection and use, overhaul, and maintaining of series Y motor bearing grease in air conditioning terminal.
