摘　　要：基于知识产权的价值在于对知识产权资产的动态性利用,论述了知识产权运营是企业利用知识产权创造价值,实现知识产权保值增值的过程。从战略高度重视企业知识产权运营问题,可以实现科技与经济的有效结合,充分发挥知识产权作为企业重要的经济资源和战略性资源在企业发展中的重要作用。企业知识产权运营战略具有不同的实施方式。This article is based on the value of intellectual property is the dynamic nature of the exploitation of intellectual property assets, discusses the exploitation of intellectual property is a process to create value and achieve of increasing the value of intellectual property by enterprises. It is held that to attach importance to the exploitation of intellectual property from the perspective of strategy, can achieve an effective combination of technology and economy, and give full play to the important role of intellectual property in enterprise development as an important economic resource and strategic resources. The strategy of the operation of intellectual property has different ways to realize.
