后现代伦理道德的寓言——《路》的文学伦理学解读

摘　　要：在小说《路》中,伦理道德问题是小说中反复考究的主题。科马克·麦卡锡用一个启示录式的伦理寓言,揭示后现代社会中的伦理混乱和道德败坏,反映现代人的伦理困境。沿着"生存"这条伦理线,男人与男孩面临种种伦理困境和伦理选择,它们构成了小说中几个重要的伦理结。基于后现代伦理学的理论,运用文学伦理学批评的方法,试图为解读《路》提供一个文学伦理学的新视角,从中解读麦卡锡的伦理观。Ethics and morality are the central themes that run through the novel The Road. Through an apocalyptic post-modern parable on ethics and morality, Cormac McCarthy discloses the ethical disorder and demoralization in post-modern society and depicts the ethical dilemma modern men are in. For the sake of being alive, ＂the man＂ and ＂the boy＂ are confronted with many ethical difficulties and ethical choices, which form the most important ethical complexes in the novel. Based on the post- modern ethical theories and from the perspective of ethical literary criticism, the paper analyzes the protagonists＇ ethical identity and ethical choices, and decodes the ethical complexes for a good and new understanding of McCarthy＇s ethical values.
