摘　　要：低碳城市既要兼顾发展又要实现低碳排放,经济发展面临高碳模式的低碳转型,而工业领域是碳排放的关键领域,正确评价和选择低碳主导产业是城市低碳发展的首要任务。参考主导产业选择理论,结合低碳城市的内涵要求,构建了以区域比较优势、产业发展潜力、产业关联效应和低碳经济效果4个一级指标组成的区域低碳主导产业选择评价指标体系,运用熵权法和Weaver-Thomas模型对低碳试点城市南昌的低碳主导产业评价和选择进行了实证,明确了南昌低碳发展的五大低碳主导产业为:农副食品加工业、交通运输设备制造业、通信设备计算机及其他电子设备制造业、通用设备制造业及电气机械及器材制造业。To build a low-carbon city, we must take its development into account, at the time try to achieve low-carbon emissions. Carbon model of economic development is faced with low carbon transition, while the industrial sector is the key area of carbon emissions. So the correct evaluation and selection of low-carbon leading industry is the city＇s primary task. Make a reference to leading industry choice theory, combined with the content requirements of low-carbon city, we try to construct a regional low-carbon leading industries evaluation index system, which is composed of the following four first level index： advantages of comparing different regions, potentials for industrial development, industrial linkage effects and the effects of low-carbon economy index. In this research, we use entropy method and Weaver-Thomas model for low-carbon pilot city to carry out a empirical evaluation for the leading industries of Nanchang city. We make clear that the five major low-carbon development industries of Nanchang are： agro-food processing industry, transport equipment manufacturing, communications equipment, computers and other electronic equipment manufacturing, general equipment manufacturing, and electrical machinery and equipment manufacturing.
