高血压肝火上炎证诊断量表的信度及效度的检验

摘　　要：目的检验高血压病肝火上炎证诊断量表的信度和效度。方法以山东中医药大学附属医院心内科门诊的212例高血压病患者作为调查对象,以高血压病肝火上炎证诊断量表作为调查工具,从重测信度、分半信度、同质性信度等方面检验量表的信度,从表面效度、内容效度、区分效度和结构效度等方面检验该量表的效度。结果高血压病肝火上炎证诊断量表具有良好的信度和效度。结论高血压病肝火上炎证诊断量表(第二版)达到了量表制作的基本要求,是可靠、灵敏的,能够较全面地反映高血压病肝火上炎证的证候特征。Objective To investigate the reliability and validity of the diagnostic scale of liver fire flaming upward syndrome of hypertensive disease. Methods Through surveying 212 hypertensive patients who visit department of cardiology clinic of affiliated hospital of Shandong university of traditional Chinese medicine by using the diagnostic scale of liver fire flaming upward syndrome of hypertensive disease. Through checking the test-test reliability, split-half reliability, consistency reliability, to intra-unit correlation coefficient, discriminant validity and construct validity, to test the reliability and validity of the Diagnostic Scale. Results This research revealed that the diagnostic scale of liver fire flaming upward syndrome of hypertensive disease have good reliability and validity. Conclusion The diagnostic scale of liver fire flaming upward syndrome of hypertensive disease is a sensitive, effective and credible diagnostic scale.
