李广海跌打祛风膏合熏洗治疗膝骨关节炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨李广海跌打祛风膏联合舒筋洗药熏洗与西乐葆治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效及不良反应比较。方法在2011年1月至2013年3月期间,对佛山市中医院80例符合纳入标准的膝关节骨性关节炎患者,按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组口服李广海跌打祛风膏联合舒筋洗药熏洗,对照组口服塞来昔布胶囊,共服用6周,进行随访,对比观察李广海跌打祛风膏联合舒筋洗药熏洗与西乐葆治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效及不良反应比较。结果运用李广海跌打祛风膏联合舒筋洗药熏洗加减治疗膝骨性关节炎近期疗效高于对照组,不良反应轻于对照组。结论李广海跌打祛风膏联合舒筋洗药熏洗治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效显著,不良反应少。Objective To observe the comparison between the effectiveness and adverse reactions on knee osteoarthritis of Li Guanghai Wind-dispelling Plaster for Traumatic Injury ＋ Sinew-stretching and Fumigation-washing Granules and Celecoxib Capsules. Methods 80 eligible patients （ admitted from Jan- uary 2011 to March 2013 ） with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was administered with Li Guanghai Wind-dispelling Plaster for Traumatic Injury ＋ Sinew-stretching and Fumigation-washing Granules, while the control group was treated with Celecoxib Capsules. After 6 weeks of follow-up, observe and contrast between the effectiveness and adverse reactions of two groups. Re- suits Compared with the control group , there were more rapid symptomatic improvements and less adverse reactions in the treatment group. Conclusion Li Guanghai Wind-dispelling Plaster for Traumatic Injury ＋ Sinew-stretching and Fumigation-washing Granules are effective and safe for treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
