摘　　要：以湖南农业农村信息化综合服务平台农业知识推送研究为基础,在研究了安卓系统的多分页快速切换TabHost控件以及SQLite数据库的基础上,利用百度提供的免费接口采集的天气预报信息,开发了天气信息采集与推送系统,以便农户可根据系统设定的城市名来获取对应的天气信息,同时可根据关键字向指定用户推送包含指定城市天气情况的SMS短信服务。通过一系列测试证明,本系统具有信息定期自动更新、流量节省、操作简单、推送方便等特点。Based on the push and research of agricultural knowledge of informatization integrated service platform in Hunan countryside, and study on multi-tabbed fast switching TabHost control and SQLite database of Android system, a weather information acquisition and push system was developed with the use of weather forecast information collected through the free interface provided by Baidu. Farmers can get corresponding weather information on the basis of the city name set or obtained by the system. Meanwhile, the SMS including weather information of the specified cities can be transferred to the specified users according to the keywords. A series of testing results indicate that the system is characterized by regular information automatic updating, traffic saving, simple operation, easy pushing and so on.
