超声引导下微创旋切术切除乳腺良性肿块研究

摘　　要：目的研究并探讨超声引导下微创旋切术切除乳腺良性肿块的临床诊断和治疗价值。方法选择本院2010年2月至2013年9月收治的225例乳腺良性肿块患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(113例)和对照组(112例),观察组患者采用微创旋切术治疗,对照组患者采用传统开放乳腺肿块切除术治疗,观察并比较两组临床治疗效果和术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者手术时间、伤口愈合时间和住院时间较对照组明显缩短,患者术中出血量明显少于对照组,切口长度明显小于对照组,差异极其显著(分别t=39.4500、22.3034、20.2564、28.4499、30.2355,P均<0.01);观察组患者术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异极其显著(χ2=33.3409,P<0.01)。结论在超声引导下,微创旋切术用于切除乳腺良性肿块具有手术时间短、伤口愈合快、住院时间短、术中出血量少、切口长度小等优点,患者术后并发症发生率低,值得在临床推广应用。Objective To research and discuss the clinical diagnosis and therapeutic value of ultrasoundguided minimally invasive directional coronary atherectomy of breast benign mass excision. Method 225 breast benign mass patients were selected from February 2001 to September 2013, they were divided into observation group （113） and control group （112）, patients in the observation group were given mammotome minimally invasive directional coronary atherectomy, and patients in the control group were given traditional open breast tumors resection, then observed and compared the clinical treatment effect and postoperative complications between the two groups. Result The operation time, healing time and hospital stays of patients significantly reduced compared to the control group patients, the hemorrhage during operation was greatly reduced, and the incision was significantly less than the control group, the difference was highly significant, the data was statistically significant （separately, t = 39.4500, 22.3034, 20.2564, 28.4499, 30.2355, Pall 〈 0.01）; the normal tissue complication probability of observation group patients after operation was significantly lower than the control group patients, the difference was highly significant, the data was statistically significant （x2 = 33.3409, P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Ultrasound-guided minimally invasive directional coronary atherectomy of breast benign mass excision has many advantages, the operation time is short, the wound healing is quick, hospital stays is greatly reduced, hemorrhage during operation is few, and the incision is little, patients have a low complications incidence rate, it is worth to applied and expanded in microwace oven.
