观察5-氟尿嘧啶联合异维甲酸治疗妇科尖锐湿疣的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察分析5-氟尿嘧啶联合异维甲酸治疗尖锐湿疣的临床效果。方法选取本院收治的169例尖锐湿疣患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为甲(59例)、乙(55例)、丙(55例)三组。甲组患者采用5-氟尿嘧啶治疗;乙组患者采用异维甲酸治疗;丙组患者采用5-氟尿嘧啶联合异维甲酸治疗。观察和比较三组患者的治疗效果、不良反应以及复发情况。结果经过14天治疗后,甲、乙、丙三组患者的治疗有效率分别为96.61%(57/59)、94.55%(52/55)、96.36%(53/55),比较差异无显著性(P>0.05);三组患者的不良反应发生率分别为3.39%(2/59)、1.82%(1/55)、3.64%(2/55),比较差异无显著性(P>0.05);丙组患者2个月内和4个月内的复发率分别为10.91%(6/55)、1.82%(1/55),明显低于甲组[23.73%(14/59)、13.56%(8/59)]和乙组[21.82%(12/55)、14.55%(8/55)](P<0.05)。结论 5-氟尿嘧啶或异维甲酸治疗尖锐湿疣的效果较为理想,但单独使用难以有效控制患者病情复发,两药联用可有效控制复发率,该方法可在临床推广应用。Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of treatment of gynaecology patients with condyloma acuminatum with 5-fluorouracil with isotretinoin therapy. Method 169 patients with condyloma acuminatum of department of gynaecology, according to random number table method divided into A （59 cases）, B（55 cases）, C group （55 cases） respectively. A group： 5-fluorouracil treatment; B group： isotretinoin treatment; C group： 5-fluorouracil combine with isotretinoin therapy. Observed and compared the therapeutic effect and adverse reaction of three groups of patients and relapse. Result After 14 days treatment, those three groups treatment effectiveness were 96.61% （57/59）, 94.55% （52/55）, 96.36% （53/55）; the comparison group （P 〉 0.05）; the incidence of adverse reactions was 3.39% （2/59）, 1.82% （1/55）, 3.64% （2/55）; the comparison group （P 〉 0.05）; C group 2 months and 4 months of relapse was 10.91% （6/55） and 1.82% （1/55）, significantly lower than A group [23.73% （14/59）, 13.56% （8/59） and B group [21.82% （12/55）, 14.55% （8/55） （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Clinically, the 5-fluorouracil and/or isotretinoin treatment effect is ideal, it is difficult to effectively control the patients relapse, but the 5-fluorouracil combine with isotretinoin therapy can effectively control patients relapse.
