摘  要:利用滤纸法、琼脂法、整株生测法测定黑龙江省10个不同采集点稻稗种子对二氯喹啉酸的敏感性。结果表明,供试10个采集点均未产生明显抗性。其中,852农场采集点稻稗对二氯喹啉酸处于敏感性下降阶段,测得抗性指数分别为4.11、4.82、4.39;五常拉林采集点稻稗对二氯喹啉酸均最敏感;其他采集点稻稗对二氯喹啉酸敏感性介于二者之间。The sensitivity of barnyardgrass, which collected from ten differente sites in Heilong-jiang Province, to quinclorac was compared by filter paper method , AGAR method and potted spray method. The determination results showed that the sensitivity of barnyardgrass to quinclorac was assessed by three methods of filter paper method, AGAR method, the whole plant pot. Barnyardgrass biotypes of the ten sites had not developed significant resistance to quinclorac. Among them, barnyardgrass collected from 852 site to quinclorac was in sensitivity decline stage, assessing resistance index were 4.11, 4.82, 4.39. Barnyardgrass collected from Lalin Wuchang site to quinclorac were the most sensitive.The sensitivity of barnyardgrass collected from other sites to quinclorac was between two sites.
