摘 要:以赤潮综合监控预警服务系统为背景,在解析数据通信、图层结构等关键技术的基础上,给出系统的总体结构和框架设计,并研究WebGIS在赤潮上应用。重点介绍RIA技术与Spring框架结合实现的WebGIS系统,并针对GIS相关实现中的关键问题,给出行之有效的解决方案。Silverlight的应用增强了地图应用的表现力并使GIS工程与Spring功能分离开发。通过嵌入结构在Spring实现整合,系统耦合性低、可移植性强。In the background of integrated red tide monitoring and alarming service system, and based on analysing the key technologies of data communication and layer structure, we present the general structure of system and the framework design, as well as study the application of WebGIS on red tide. Our focus is put on introducing the WebGIS system implemented by combining the RIA technology with Spring framework, and present the effective solutions targeted at the critical issues in GIS-related implementation. The application of Silverlight enhances the representability of map application and makes the development of GIS project separate from Spring framework. The integration is achieved in Spring by an embedded structure, which makes the system low in coupling and high in portability.
