摘 要:结合汽车可靠性评定办法,以SX4255NR38.4T汽车为研究对象,按国家相关标准对其进行50 000km可靠性试验,并记录其发生的故障和对应的相对里程,然后进行可靠性综合评定,以此找出零部件失效原因及汽车设计薄弱环节,为汽车方案的改进提供依据,从而使汽车可靠性水平得以提高.试验结果表明,该车除部分外购件可靠性稍差,需加强进厂检验外,整车性能优越.In order to cope the implementation of auto warranty act ,to effectively improve automobile quality ,the automobile reliabilty assessment methods were used ,and taking the car of SX4255NR38 .4T as the research object .The automoblie reliability in 50 000km was tested according to the national stand-ards ,and the occurrence of failures and the corresponding relative mileage were recorded .Then a compre-chensive evaluation of the reliability was made to find out the causes of machinery parts′failure and the weak link of automobile design .The test method can provide the basis for the improvement of the scheme ,thus to improve automobile reliability level .T he results show that except the outsourcing auto parts is a bit poor reliability and need to be strengthen tested ,automobile performance is superior .
