豫产道地金银花HPLC指纹图谱研究

摘　　要：目的:用高效液相色谱法建立豫产道地金银花指纹图谱分析方法。方法:采用ODS色谱柱,流动相为乙腈、混合酸梯度洗脱,检测波长为243 nm。结果:标示出金银花19个共有色谱峰。结论:金银花中各成分均得到很好分离,可作为豫产道地金银花的专属指纹图谱。Objective ： To establish the fingerprint menthod of Lonicera japonica Thunb.from Henan genniu. Method： The HPLC method was used. The chromatography conditions were ODS column, acetonitrile as the mobile phase A, a mixed acid solution as the mobile phase B, gradient elution. Detectice wavelength was 243 nm. Result：The result shouwed that 19 peaks were common. Conclusion：The various components of Lonicera japonica Thunb.from Henan genuine were well isolated, which can serve as the specific fingerprint chromatography.
