摘　　要：目的:总结初治肺结核患者证型规律。方法:总结120例初治继发性肺结核患者的一般信息、病史、临床症状、舌脉象,并记录痰涂片、痰培养加菌型鉴定、DR胸部正位片、T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+),总结相对应的中医证型与客观指标的关系。结果:肺结核患者男性多于女性,初治继发型肺结核患者中以肺阴虚、阴虚火旺和气阴两虚这三种证型为主,3组证型占初治肺结核患者总数的94.1%,与肺阴虚证相比,阴虚火旺证及气阴两虚证的空洞发生率有明显差异(P<0.05),各证型的痰菌结果无统计学差异。气阴两虚组CD3+、CD3+均明显低于肺阴虚组和阴虚火旺组(P<0.05)。结论:初治肺结核证型研究提示了西医检验结果与中医证型的相关联系,对疾病的病期及预后有参考意义。Objective ： To summarize the syndrome rules of early treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis patients. Methods： We summarized the general information, medical history, clinical symptoms, tongue and pulse of 120 newly-diagnosed patients with secondary pulmonary tuberculosis, and recorded sputum smear, sputum culture, DR chest radiographs, T lymphocyte subsets （ CD3＋, CD4＋, CD8＋, CD4＋/CD8＋ ）, the relationship between the syndromes of TCM and objective summary of the corresponding index. Results： Pulmonary tuberculosis patients men were more than women. The initial syndromes were lung yin deficiency, hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency and Qi Yin deficiency, with a total of 94.1%. Compared with the lung yin deficiency syndrome, hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency and Qi deficiency void formation rate had no statistically significant differences. Deficiency of both qi and Yin group＇s CD3＋ was significantly lower than those of the lung yin deficiencyiand hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency group. Conclusion ： Research suggests the relationship of Western medicine and TCM syndrome, providing a reference to the stage of disease and the prognosis of the disease.
