肛痈辨证施护体会

摘　　要：目的:肛痈患者经辨证施护后的临床效果观察。方法:选取2011年4月—2012年6月住院患者156例,随机分为2组,A组为常规护理组,B组为辨证护理组。结果:B组患者的疗效明显优于A组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过对肛痈患者辨证施护后,患者康复率明显提高。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of the anal abscess patients with nursing based on syndrome differentiation. Methods ： 156 patients were divided into two groups randomly during April 2011 to June 2011, with group A for conventional nursing group and group B for the dialectical nursing group. Results ： The curative effect of group B was superior to that of group A, and the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： By using the nursing based on syndrome differentiaion methods in anal abscess patients, patients＇ recovery rate increased significantly.
