针灸配合语言康复治疗对老年急性期脑卒中失语症干预分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨老年急性期脑卒中失语症治疗中语言康复联合针灸治疗的临床效果,探究其临床推广意义。方法:采取回顾性分析的方法,选取我院2012年6月—2013年6月确诊为急性脑卒中失语症的患者共60例,通过电脑随机分配为观察组与对照组各30例,其中对照组采取单纯的语言康复治疗,观察组在语言康复治疗的基础上,联合针灸治疗。两组患者均治疗3个疗程,其中持续保持语言康复治疗,针灸治疗间隔5 d。治疗完毕后,观察两组患者的康复情况。结果:观察组患者在语言复述、语言表达等功能的恢复情况明显好于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于老年急性期脑卒中失语症的治疗中,针灸联合语言康复治疗的临床效果更加明显,具有较强的临床推广意义。Objective ： To study the clinical effect of language rehabilitation combined with acupuncture treatment for the elderly acute cerebral apoplexy aphasia and to explore its clinical significance. Methods ： The retrospective analysis method was used. 60 patients with acute cerebral apoplexy aphasia was selected in our hospital from June 2012 - June 2013, and were assigned to 30 cases of observation group and 30 cases of control group randomly through the computer. The control group was given the pure language rehabilitation therapy and observation group on the basis of language rehabilitation therapy, combined acupuncture treatment. Two groups＇ patients were treated three courses, including continued language rehabilitation therapy, acupuncture treatment interval of five days. After the treatment, two groups＇ patients recovery was observed. Resuhs ： The observation group＇s patients in the retelling of language, language expression and functional recovery was significantly better than those in the control group with statistical difference significance （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： For the treatment of senile acute cerebral apoplexy aphasia, the clinical effect of acupuncture combined language rehabilitation is more apparent, with strong clinical significance.
