摘　　要：从隔物灸的定义、分类、操作方法、适应证、灸具和临床应用等方面对"蔡圣朝主任医师隔物灸治疗经验"进行了论述,认为继承与创新传统灸法和灸具是促进隔物灸发展的有效途径,并通过蔡老师隔物灸临床应用经验的分析,进一步佐证了隔物灸在保健和临床推广应用的可行性,为今后灸具灸法研究及蔡圣朝灸法临床治疗经验的继承和总结奠定了基础。The article discusses chief physician CAI Shengchao＇s experiences in the treatment of sandwiched moxibustion from the definition, classification, operation methods, indicatio, moxibustion device, clinical application and other aspects, and thinks that to inherit and innovate the traditional moxihustion methods and devices are the effective way to promote the development of sandwiched moxihustion, and through the analysis of CAI＇s clinical experience in sandwiched moxibustion, it further proves the feasibility of sandwiched moxihustion in health care and clinical application, laying the foundation for the future research in moxibustion devices and methods and the inheritance and summary in clinical experience of CAI Shengchao moxihustion.
