摘　　要：糖尿病并发脑梗死指在糖尿病的基础上并发的缺血性脑血管疾病,是糖尿病常见而严重的并发症,临床如治疗不及时极容易导致死亡。中医的辨证论治和西医的对症治疗在糖尿病并发脑梗死的治疗上各具特色,而中西医结合治疗在此方面更是融合了二者的长处。不断深入中西医结合在该领域的研究与实践,可有效地控制或延缓糖尿病并发脑梗死的进展,尽可能地改善患者的生活质量。Diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction is one of ischemic cerebrovascular diseases on the basis of diabetes. It is a common and serious complication of diabetes and it is very easily to lead to death if not being treated. Comprehensive treatment by syndrome differentiation of Chinese medicine and Western medicine therapy in the treatment of diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction had their own characteristic while the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in this aspect is the integration of the two strengths. Deepening integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine research and practice can effectively control or delay diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction, as far as possible to improve the quality of life of patients.
