摘 要:提出了一种基于突变级数理论的电站燃煤锅炉结渣特性的预测方法。首先介绍了突变级数法的基本思想和分析步骤,在找出影响电站燃煤锅炉结渣分级的主要因素之后,对各因素进行排序,并确定各因素指标体系,最后,求出各样本的突变级数,对电站燃煤锅炉结渣等级进行划分。通过工程实例可见,该方法对电站燃煤锅炉结渣分级的预测有效性较高,并且更体现出客观性较强、定量化程度较高,计算简单等优势。A method based on catastrophe progression theory was established in order to forecast the slagging prop -erties of coal-fired boiler .The basic ideas and approaches of catastrophe progression method were firstly intro -duced .After main factors impacting slugging properties of coal-fired boiler were identified and ordered , the index system of factors was determined .Finally, the catastrophic affiliated functional values of the samples were ab-stained .Several practical examples , which prove the feasibility and effectiveness of catastrophe progression meth-od, can provide reference and a viable alternative for the whole disposal of the slugging properties of coal -fired boil-er.
