摘 要:通过分析老区炼钢厂连铸浊循环水处理系统存在的问题,提出了旋流池+化学除油器+陶瓷膜过滤器的水处理工艺优化方案。介绍了某炼钢厂连铸浊循环水处理的工艺流程,并具体分析化学除油器及陶瓷膜过滤器在该工艺中所起的作用。通过一年多的生产运行,对该工艺的水体水质进行检测分析,水体中的含油量、悬浮物含量等指标都出现显著下降的趋势,表明旋流池+化学除油器+陶瓷膜过滤器处理工艺解决了老区炼钢厂工艺中存在的一些问题,对连铸浊循环水的处理效果较好。Through analyzing the existing problems of continuous turbid circulating water system in the old steelworks, the optimization of water treatment process about "swirl pool -chemical oil remover-ceramic membrane filter" was raised and the role of chemical oil remover and ceramic membrane in the process was introduced in detail. Through the operation of more than one year, index of oil content and suspended solids content in water were significant decreased, which showed the process of swirl pool-chemical oil remover-ceramic membrane filter can solve the problems in steelworks water treatment. It was also a posstive result for the treatment of continuous turbid circulating water.
