摘  要:针对O3-BAC工艺在珠江下游地区应用中存在的炭滤池出水p H值降低的问题,开展了运行优化研究。通过研究O3投加量、炭滤池内的CO2及炭滤池进水水质等因素对炭滤池出水p H值的影响,结果表明,造成炭滤池出水p H降低的主要因素是炭滤池中活性炭表面具有两性的含氧官能团,对p H值具有酸碱缓冲作用,但其数量随着活性炭使用时间的延长而逐渐减少,当缓冲作用减弱时,活性炭p H值下降,致使炭滤池在运行一段时间后出水p H值下降的现象。将该结论应用到生产,开发出适用于某水厂炭滤池的原位酸碱改性方法。同时调整了该水厂的p H值调节药剂投加系统,并对调整前后的运行成本进行了分析比对。A study on optimal operation of the O3-BAC Process was carried out to solve the problem of a drop in effluent pH in the Pearl River downstream region. The influence factors such as the ozone dosing quantity, acid gas CO2 in carbon filter, the effluent quality including pH change were researched. Test results showed that the key factor of carbon filter pH value falls was a huge acid- base buffering system in activated carbon.Activated carbon surface chemical properties was studied, and it found that oxygen func- tional groups on activated carbon surface were decreased along with the extensionuse of activated carbon, thus to make activated carbon pH fall, and then to result in the phenomenon- the decline of pH in the carbon filter for a longtime in the process.The technique of the acid or alkali in-situ modification of BAC filter was applied in a water works.The effluent pH regulation with lime was applied to contrast with caustic soda.
