房颤患者幽门螺杆菌感染的危险因素分析

摘　　要：目的研究房颤患者幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染的危险因素及相应的干预措施,以降低房颤患者Hp的感染率。方法选取2007年1月-2013年1月入院诊治的房颤患者600例,均经14 C-UBT呼气试验检查,应用自拟问卷调查方式及单因素、多因素logistic回归分析对房颤患者Hp感染的危险因素进行分析。结果 600例房颤患者中Hp感染358例,感染率为59.67%;经单因素分析,年龄、在外就餐、饭后未刷牙或漱口、未抗Hp治疗是房颤患者Hp感染的影响因素;经多因素logistic回归分析,年龄>65岁、未接受抗Hp治疗是房颤患者Hp感染的危险因素。结论高龄、未接受抗Hp治疗的房颤患者易感染Hp;良好的生活饮食习惯是预防房颤患者Hp感染的重要因素。OBJECTIVE To explore the risk factors for Helicobacter pylori infections in atrial fibrillation patients and put forward corresponding intervention measures so as to reduce the incidence of H. pylori infections in the atrial fibrillation patients. METHODS A total of 600 patients with atrial fibrillation who were treated in the hospitals from Jan 2007 to Jan 2013 were enrolled in the study, then all the patients underwent the breast test, the self-designed questionnaire survey was conducted, and the univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis were performed for the risk factors for H. pylori infections in the atrial fibrillation patients. RESULTS The H. pylori infections occurred in 358 of 600 patients with atrial fibrillation, with the infection rate of 59.67%. The univariate analysis showed that the age, eating raw fruits and vegetables, dining outside, brushing teeth or gargling after dining, and anti-H, pylori therapy were the influencing factors for the H. priori infection in the patients with atrial fibrillation; the multivariate logistic regression analysis indicated that the age, eating raw fruits and vegetables, and anti-H, priori therapy were the risk factors for H. pylori infections in the patients with atrial fibrillation. CONCLUSION The atrial fibrillation patients who are of advanced age, eat much raw fruits and vegetables, or do not receive anti-H, pylori therapy are at high risk of H. pylori infections, and a good living and diet habit is important for the prevention of H. priori infections in the atrial fibrillation patients.
