匹多莫德辅助治疗患儿反复呼吸道感染的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨匹多莫德辅助治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染(RRI)的临床疗效。方法选取2010年3月-2012年9月儿科门诊收治的反复呼吸道感染患儿共214例,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各107例,对照组给予常规方法进行治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上给予匹多莫德进行辅助治疗,治疗后对两组患儿的治疗效果进行对比分析。结果对照组治疗总有效率为78.5%;观察组治疗总有效率为91.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组在退热、咳嗽缓解、肺部啰音减少以及消失时间等方面均优于对照组,在使用匹多莫德治疗期间未出现明显不良反应,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 RRI给予匹多莫德治疗具有较好的疗效,可有效缓解患儿发热、咳嗽等临床症状,且无明显不良反应,值得在临床上进行推广应用。OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical efficacy of pidotimod in adjuvant treatment of recurrent respiratory tract infections in children. METHODS A total of 214 Children with recurrent respiratory tract infections who were treated in the pediatrics outpatient department from Mar 2010 to Sep 2012 were enrolled in the study and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 107 cases in each; the control group was treated with conventional therapy, the observation group was given the pidotimod for adjuvant treatment on the basis of the conventional therapy, and the therapeutic effect was observed and compared between the two groups. RESULTS The total effective rate of treatment was 78.5 % in the control group, 91.5 %in the observation group, and there was significant difference （P〈0.05）. The bringing down a fever, cough relief, and time of reduction or disappearance of pulmonary tales of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the obvious adverse reactions did not occur during the treatment with pidotimod, and there was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION Pidotimod can achieve good clinical efficacy in treatment of recurrent respiratory tract infections and effectively relieve the clinical symptoms such as fever and cough, without any obvious adverse reaction occurring, and it is worthy to be promoted in the hospital.
