流程再造在新生儿医院感染控制中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨流程再造在控制新生儿医院感染中的作用,为降低新生儿医院感染提供理论指导。方法分析原有流程不合理因素,据此设计新型流程,制定标准化方案,监督实施;比较实施前后2009、2010年收治的新生儿发生医院感染情况,借此评估流程再造在控制新生儿医院感染中的作用。结果新型流程使医护人员的医院感染意识得到加强,新型流程制度实施后,新生儿医院感染率显著下降,第一季度由2.6%降至1.9%、第二季度由6.1%降至3.7%、第三季度由5.9%降至3.1%、第四季度由3.1%降至2.4%,新型流程实施前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论流程再造过程使新生儿科室整个管理更加趋于合理,对降低新生儿医院感染起着重要作用,可以给临床相关工作提供借鉴意义。OBJECTIVE To explore the role of process reengineering in control of nosocomial infections in neonates so as to provide theoretical basis for reduction of incidence of nosocomial infections in the neonates. METHODS The unreasonable factors for the precious process were analyzed, then the new process was designed, standardized programs were developed and implemented under supervision; the incidence of nosocomial infections in the neonates was observed and compared before and after the implementation of new process in 2009 and 2010, and the effect of process reengineering on the control of nosocomial infections in the neonates was evaluated. RESULTS Through the implementation of process reengineering, the health care workers′ awareness of control of nosocomial infections has been intensified; the incidence of nosocomial infections in the neonates decreased significantly from 2.6% to 1.9% in the first quarter, from 6.1% to 3.7% in the second quarter, from 5.9% to 3.1% in the third quarter, from 3.1 % to 2.4% in the fourth quarter, and there was significant difference between before and after the implementation of new process （P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION The process reengineering contributes to the reasonable management of neonatal departments, plays an important role in the reduction of incidence of nosocomial infections in the neonates, and provides guidance for clinical practice.
