摘  要:目的实现消毒供应中心(CSSD)准确、高效信息化管理和质量追溯,提高CSSD工作效率和准确度。方法利用无线射频识别(RFID)技术实现器械非接触批量读入、自动报错和追溯,同时辅助视频监控技术,实现CSSD管理及器械可视化管理与追溯系统。结果通过该系统可以实现器械大批量精确录入,对CSSD中各个环节进行流程化、可视化管理及监控,并提供实时查询和器械历史信息追溯。结论该系统的应用提高了工作效率,降低错误,实现流程化管理,自动分析获取感染事件原因和可能同期感染器械,并能快速定责。OBJECTIVE To realize the accurate and high-efficient information management of central sterile supply department (CSSD) and the quality traceability so as to raise the efficiency and accuracy of operation of CSSD. METHODS The radio frequency identification (RFID) technology was employed to realize the a large scale of noncontact input, automatic error reporting, and tracing of instruments, meanwhile, the video monitoring technology was used for assistance to realize the visualized management of instruments and management of CSSD as well as the traceability system. RESULTS A large scale of accurate input of the instruments has been realized through the system, and the procedural and visual management and the monitoring could provide real-time inquiry and the instrument history tracing. CONCLUSION The system has significantly improved the work efficiency, reduced the errors, realized the procedural management, automatically acquired and analyzed the causes of infections, and rapidly determined the responsibility.
