摘  要:目的探讨参麦注射液对急性压力超负荷大鼠心肌组织心房利钠肽(ANP)表达水平的影响。方法通过制作急性压力超负荷大鼠模型,分为药物治疗组(假手术组、模型组、参麦注射液治疗组、西地兰治疗组、多巴酚丁胺治疗组),药物提前干预组(假手术组,模型组、参麦高剂量组、参麦低剂量组及依那普利组),分别观察各组ANP表达水平的情况。结果腹主动脉结扎后0.5h、1h、2h,大鼠心肌组织ANP水平随时间逐渐升高,腹主动脉结扎2h后大鼠心肌组织ANP水平较假手术组升高了5.45倍,而此时应用参麦注射液即能有效地降低急性压力超负荷大鼠心肌组织ANP水平;同时,在结扎大鼠腹主动脉前使用参麦注射液,无论高剂量或是低剂量,其均能有效地降低腹主动脉结扎后大鼠心肌组织ANP水平,显示在急性压力超负荷时心房ANP分泌增加,而参麦注射液有减少其分泌的作用,并且疗效较西地兰和多巴酚丁胺为佳。结论参麦注射液对急性压力超负荷状态下的心脏ANP表达具有良好的早期干预作用。Objective To investigate the effects of Shenfu injection on expression levels of artial natriuretic peptide (ANP) in acute pressure overload myocardial tissue. Methods According to the literature produced by acute pressure overload, rats were divided into treatment group (sham group, model group, the treatment group Shenfu cedilanid treatment group, dobutamine treatment group) and drug early intervention group (sham group, model group, the Senate attached the high dose group , low - dose group and Shenfu enalapril group), ANP expression levels in each group were observed. Results The abdominal aortic ligation in half an hour, 1 hour, 2 hours ,' myocardial tissue ANP levels gradually increased over time , two hours after ligation, ANP levels of the abdominal aorta myocardial tissue compared to the sham group increased by 5.45 times, while the application of Shenfu injection can effectively reduce ANP levels in acute pressure overload myocardial tissue; while using Shenfu before abdominal aortic ligation , either high - dose or low - dose, it can effectively reduce the ANP level of myocardial tissue after abdominal aortic ligation, showed that atrial ANP secretion increased in acute pressure overload , and decreased its secretion, and the effect is better than eedilanid dobutamine. Conclusion Shenfu injection on cardiac ANP expression under acute pressure overload state has a good effect of early intervention.
