银耳孢糖提高肝癌化疗患者生存质量的研究

摘　　要：目的研究银耳孢糖对肝癌化疗患者生存质量的影响。方法采用随机对照,将100例患者分为两组,治疗组为银耳孢糖胶囊+全身化疗,对照组仅行全身化疗,2周期后评定患者白细胞及生存质量核心问卷各项指标的变化。结果银耳孢糖组在提高患者白细胞指标,改善患者生存质量、躯体功能、角色功能、疲乏、恶心呕吐、便秘、腹泻方面优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论银耳孢糖可改善肝癌化疗患者临床症状及毒副反应,使患者生存质量明显提高。Objective To investigate the effect of parenteral solution of tremella polysaccharide to the quality of life in patients with liver cancer during chemotherapy. Methods 100 cases with liver cancer were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group were treated with parenteral solution of tremella polysaceharide combined with systemic chemotherapy, control group treated with systemic chemotherapy. White blood cell counting and the questionnaire for quality of life of cancer patients were evaluated after two cycles of systemic chemotherapy. Results White blood cell counting and the quality of life, physical function, role function, relieving patient fatigue, nausea, vomiting, constipation and diarrhea in lentinan group were better than control ：group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Parenteral solution of tremella polysaccharide can improve the clinical symptoms, reduce toxic side effects during chemotherapy in patients with Liver cancer and markablly enhance the quality of life.
