抗感颗粒联合匹多莫德治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察抗感颗粒联合匹多莫德治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染临床疗效观察及安全性评价,为临床诊断治疗提供参考。方法 134例反复呼吸道感染患儿随机分为两组。对照组给予匹多莫德治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用抗感颗粒治疗。结果治疗组治疗后总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组咳嗽、发热及肺内啰音消失时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论抗感颗粒联合匹多莫德治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染临床疗效显著,发生不良反应较轻,且安全可靠,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety evaluation of Kanggan Granules combined with Pidotimod in treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection,and provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods 134 cases of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given Pidotimod, treatment group was givern Kanggan granules based on control group. Resuits After treatment,total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ） ; cough, fever and pulmonary rales disappearance time in treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ） ; there was no significant difference in adverse reaction between two groups （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Kanggan Granules combined with Pidotimod in treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection have significantly clinical curative effect and adverse reaction is light,safe and reliable, it also has important clinical value.
