摘 要:为了解决高分布式电源(DG)渗透配电网三段式电流保护拒动或误动等问题,提出了一种对等式网络保护方案.该方案要求配电网馈线开关上的FTU在检测自身过流大小和方向的同时与其相邻开关的FTU相互通信,互相交换各自的故障信息,建立各开关的动作判据向量.通过与给定的保护判据向量集比较,判断其所对应开关的动作情况.该保护方法能够实现高DG渗透下配电网发生单重或多重故障时故障的定位和隔离,具有较好的速动性和较强的自适应能力.In order to solve the misoperation and false tripping of three-section current protection in the distribution network with high DG,this paper presented an equation network protection scheme.This scheme calls for FTU installed on each switch of feeders to test its own over-current magnetite and direction,meanwhile,to communicate with another FTU on the adjacent switches to exchange their respective fault information.The FTU formed the flow state matrix according to its respective flow state and the flow state of its adjacent switch and established the movement criterion vector of each switch.The FTU judged the action case of its corresponding switch.This protection method can achieve fault location and isolation when the single fault or the multiple fault occurred in the distribution network with high DG,and has higher speedy and stronger adaptive ability.
