摘 要:在表面活性剂阿拉伯树胶存在下,研究了Zn(Ⅱ)-SCN-ERB三元显色反应体系,结果表明:在稀盐酸介质中,Zn(Ⅱ)-SCN-ERB在室温下能够形成1:4:2的红色络合物,络合物的最大吸收波长为625nm,锌含量在0.15-8.00μg/25mL范围内符合比尔定律,摩尔吸光系数ε625为1.98×10^5L·mo1^-1·cm^-1,检出限0.045μg/25mL,用该方法测定富氮合金中微量锌,相对标准偏差小于4%,加标回收率在97.8%—101.0%之间,结果满意。In the presence of the surfaetant gum Arabic, the Zn(II)-SCN-ERB ternary chromogenic reaction system was studied. The results showed that, in the Dilute hydrochloric acid, Zn(Ⅱ)-SCN-ERB forms a red complex of one : four : two at room temperature. The complex has a maximum absorption wavelength of 625nm, a zinc content of 0.15 — 8.00pg/25mL conforming to the Lambert-Beer's law, a molar absorption coeftieient ε625 of 1.98× 105 L·mol^-1·cm^-l and a detection limit of 0.0451μg/25mL. Using this method to determine the trace zinc in Nitrogen-rich alloy, the relative standard deviation is less than 4%and the recovery of 97.8%—101% with results are satisfactory.
