电感耦合等离子体-质谱法测定卤水中的铷和铯

摘  要:针对柴达木盆地盐湖卤水矿化度高,钾含量高的特点,建立了电感耦合等离子体?质谱法直接测定卤水中的Rb和Cs。选用Rh作内标元素,校正高盐样品引起的基体效应、仪器漂移等非质谱干扰,通过延长快泵冲洗时间消除测定过程中的记忆效应,可取得满意的Rb和Cs测量值。方法检出限为CLRb=0.033μg/L。CLC.=0.041pg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=12)为2.66%,Rb的加标回收率为97%—103%.In view of the high salinity and high potassium content in the salt lake brine ofChai Da Mu Basin,a new method for the determination of Rubidium and Cesium in brine by ICP-MS was proposed in this paper, and interferenses of the matrix elements instrument drift were corrected by using Rh as internal standard. The memory effects was eliminated by extending the time of fast pump flushing, the results obtained were satisfied. Detection limit of method is CLRb=0.033μg/L, CLCs=0.041μg/L. Relative standard deviation (RSD. n = 12) is 2.66%. the recovery of Rb is 97% — 103%.
