摘 要:目的:建立采用UPLC同时测定银黄颗粒中绿原酸、咖啡酸、黄芩苷、汉黄芩苷、黄芩素和汉黄芩素6种成分含量的方法。方法:采用ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18色谱柱(2.1 mm×50 mm,1.7μm),流动相乙腈-0.2%磷酸水梯度洗脱,在326nm波长处进行检测。结果:绿原酸、咖啡酸、黄芩苷、汉黄芩苷、黄芩素和汉黄芩素的线性关系良好,加样回收率分别为96.34%(RSD 0.90%),101.4%(RSD 1.53%),95.64%(RSD 1.34%),98.01%(RSD1.72%),98.61%(RSD 1.96%),102.7%(RSD 1.42%)。结论:该方法简便、快速,分离效果好,可为全面控制银黄颗粒的质量提供参考。Objective:This study was aimed to develop an UPLC method to determine the contents of chlorogenic acid,caffeic acid,baicalin,wogonoside,baicalein and wogonin in Yinhuang granule.Method:Six active components were separated on an ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18column (2.1 mm ×50 mm,1.7 μm) eluted with acetonitrile and water containing 0.2% phosphoric acid as mobile phases in a linear gradient mode.The detection wavelength was set at 326 nm.Result:The linear ranges were 0.000 107-0.107 μg for chlorogenic acid,0.000 244-0.244 μg for caffeic acid,0.000 272-0.272 μg for baicalin,0.000 059 0-0.059 0 μg for wogonoside,0.000 053 0-0.053 μg for baicalein,0.000 051 0-0.051 μg for wogonin,respectively.The average recoveries of the six components were 96.34% (RSD 0.90%),101.4% (RSD 1.53%),95.64% (RSD 1.34%),98.01% (RSD1.72%),98.61% (RSD 1.96%),102.7% (RSD 1.42%),respectively.Conclusion:The method was proven to be simple,accurate,reliable and can be used for quality control of the six flavones inYinhuang granule.
